Our History

Founded in 2020, the Elmira Jr. Enforcers have completed two seasons playing in the USPHL Premier. The organization has found immediate success – promoting nearly 20 players to college hockey and higher levels of junior hockey. Jr. Enforcers alumni are in NCAA D-1, NCAA D-3, NAHL, USHL, NCDC, and the ACHA!

The club has expanded, adding a USPHL Elite level team for the upcoming 2022-23 season. The additional team adds to a solid foundation for success for the organization as we enter our third season primed for success both on and off the ice!

Billet Families

Our players’ typical day includes 2 ice sessions, video sessions, schoolwork, and workout with a dedicated trainer in a state-of-the-art gym.

Our players live in a local college dorm and with billet families. Both the college and the billet families received high grades in our post-season player surveys.

Are you interested in becoming a billet family and hosting a young hockey player? Host families receive free tickets and a monthly reimbursement for food and expenses. Please email us at [email protected] to learn more!

Vision:

To equip young men to make valuable contributions to their future chosen professions, their future home communities and the game of hockey through:

  • An on-ice and off-ice hockey program that emphasizes work ethic and teamwork that teaches the finer points of the game to advance playing careers and equip players to share that knowledge with younger generations.
  • Allowing for and encouraging academic development including on-line education and local public school and college to continue a pattern of life-long learning.
  • A rigorous conditioning program that reduces the risk of injury and physically trains their bodies for the rigors of a full-time junior A hockey season.
  • Mandatory community service projects that connect our players with diverse groups within the local community to instill empathy and respect for others.

Value Proposition:

  • We provide value for every family by always making the health and well-being of our players our priority.
  • We provide value for every family by proactively seeking opportunities to promote players within the USPHL ladder of development to the NCDC and ultimately college hockey.
  • We provide value for every family by conducting ourselves in a professional manner above a typical junior A level.
  • We provide value for every family by communicating regularly with parents.
